Can I claim your therapy on my private health fund?
Yes – provided you are at the right level in a fund that covers clinical psychology, hypnotherapy, and/or smoking cessation programs.
Can I claim your services on Medicare?
If you have a referral from your doctor you can claim a rebate of $75 for up to 12 visits in a year. When you book your appointment to see your doctor be sure to tell the receptionist you need a long appointment for a Health Care Plan (Item 2710) because your GP needs time for you to complete a short questionnaire to qualify you for Medicare benefits.
